Cyber threats to information and operational technologies grow continuously in number and sophistication, yet the global cybersecurity workforce struggles to meet the demands of the digital age. Among the shortage of rising cybersecurity professionals, women are notably absent. As the need for cybersecurity experts in nearly every industry multiplies, greater efforts to attract more women (and men) to education and job opportunities in cybersecurity are critical to securing and improving our digital future. The Women’s Cyber Forum seeks to provide the platform and environment necessary to encourage greater interest in cybersecurity among women, as well as discuss the various paths individuals may take when considering a career in cybersecurity.
